Hello #91053,

I have been searching thru my archives and thought this may be of interest to you re' digestion.
I believe that enzymes from Raw Foods are the probable catalyst for the formation of beneficial bacteria, the subject of which has only really come to the fore in very recent times, but Shelton certainly knew his stuff about digestion prior to this, even though he didn't mention IF by name.

I have personally had superb digestion for years, produced by a combination of proper food combining and rebound exercise, and with adequate rest & sleep with absolutely no digestive ailments whatsoever.
I do not consume probiotics or even see the need to buy a product containing them.
If you do see the need, I am sure they can only be beneficial.

Regards

Chrisb1.
