that's right: you just see it through, as most symptoms of this nature are only temporary.
A lot will depend on your constitution, but you just cannot expect the body to behave in the same way while fasting as when eating. Physically we are all very individual & idiosyncratic.
Dr Shelton (and other Hygienic practitioners) describe Fasting as a physiological rest, and therefore any physical behavior may need to be modified and adjusted to allow for events and symptoms that may or will occur.
