What are the differences between the feelings of fullness you get in your abdomen during a regular colonic and the fullness you get during a two-quart enema? In addition, does your abdomen distend and balloon out a little bit during a colonic?
I recently saw an online video (I'll link it below) of a young woman getting a gravity-fed colonic and the practicioner said that one fill which she times for 60 seconds is equal to one gallon of water. This surprised me because I didn't know that much water was put into the colon at any one time during a colonic. Also, if that much water is put in, the abdomen must distend to a great degree, correct?
Any help would be appreciated.
