Made it through Day 6

The last time I posted I had completed day 3. Now I am through day 6. This weekend wasn't too bad, but I felt a lot of burning in my stomach. A few times I had nausea and thought I was going to throw up - but fortunately did not.

For those interested in the weight loss thing (which does include me, although primary focus is getting my body ready/healthy before conceiving along with spiritual reasons)I have lost 10 pounds as of this morning (day 7). It seems like a lot to me considering I was on a juice fast for 7 days before starting the water. I thought I would have lost water weight on that and not see that big of a drop so soon on water. Not that I am complaining...

Yesterday I felt myself thinking about food a lot. But it wasn't so much that I wanted to eat. I was testing myself to see what sounds good to me. I was amazed that so many of my favorite foods did not even sound good!

My feet were really cold yesterday so I used a heating pad to stay warm. My tongue is the worst it has been yet - severely coated.

Anyway, that is my last few days wrapped in a nutshell. I am excited for the days to come, but I must admit when I think about doing this for at least 14 more days I get slightly discouraged.

On a positive note - my husband is starting a juice fast tomorrow. That will be nice for added support. (yes- I know this is a Water Fasting support forum - but thought I would share). He says I have inspired him. haha.

Have a great day everyone. Stay positive.
