MMS usage-I do not agree to use it 3+ times per day for maintenance purposes.I think it is ridiculous and potentially dangerous down the line..
However if you have a cold,flu illness..using it 2-3 times day for a limited period,then allow a resting period,then start a new..If you are not ill,do not use it on a regular basis,period..
Many health practitioners do recommend that one must give the body a rest when taking vitamins etc..like take them for 5 days,zero for 2 days,again for 5 days,etc...or reduce your intake (dosage) of that particular vitamin
