Thinking about cutting myself

I sense worms moving around, everywhere. I read about this, its called "dissemenation" in medical terms, and is closely connected to immunocomprised (which I am) ppl, and meningitis ...I had an episode many years ago of unexplainable suffering.

I see small, long thin things on my neck, they dont move. The ones on my scalp move however. I know they are worms cause some of them around curled (blood vessel usually go up and down). I am thinking about cutting myself up a little so I can scoop one out, then call an ambulance, they will then have to treat me.
