Actually decided to start fast today, see other post, a new thread. Maybe it was eating the raw yesterday that encouraged me. There is always something stopping me doing a long fast, so i'm going for it anyway.
Yes i leave fruit out to ripen and then refridgerate once ripe. I like bananas when the skins are going brown. But juice is a bit different.
Being in the uk, the weather will get warmer here, so the fruit and veg will be nicer. I bought plums last week, and they are obviously cold stored. They are either not ripe or just go bad really quickly, nothing in between. Going to try find a farm shop that sells organic produce, or least it will be locally grown and fresh.
Yes it must be better eating the whole fruit, but
juicing is good for getting more green drinks into your system. I can't eat
Celery as it is, but
juicing it is okay, especially mixed with other vegetables.
Anyway as you say, no hurry, but the more good stuff you eat i've noticed, the less bad stuff you want.
