So what your saying is less is more in this case more or less! Ha! I like that. I thought as much would be the response, now I also thought that my “superfood” that I got recently, with small amounts of Kelp might be the solution, but it does not make me feel good like juicing does. I also remember Lapis’s comment on powdered foods reeking havoc on your system and I’m thinking the superfood might not be so good after all.
My calcium hydroxide is here and I will make up my batch tonight. I will add this slowly also, to my BSM drinks.
Regarding the drinks, and MASSIVE hunger at night, how late would you say that the drinks can be taken before bad? This would include carrot and celery juice too, as I use that a lot in my BSM drinks? I want to increase my BSM drinks, but unless I start making them here at work (LOL) I’m having a hard time with my schedule….
So the kelp will be added in small amounts to my drinks and over time, I’ll let you know if it seems to help.
