Yeah I know people say to keep it cold and fresh. The enzymes actually grow and change with time not disappear. It is definitely better to drink the juice warm as it comes off the trees though. All we can do with all this conflicting info though is take it all in then make our own decisions. :)
Oxidation is something we really know very little about. And it is contradictory in itself that anti-oxidants are so good for us but so is deep breathing and giving the body more oxygen! I just choose to do what's natural, eat the food at the temperature it comes at, and breathe deep! So yeah I'd suggest you juice it at room temp and then put it in the thermos to keep it from fermenting over the day.
