Well i've been told to drink it straight away, because of oxidation, and its accelerated by any heat from the juicer, i thought the enzymes only lasted awhile, hence the reason to drink quickly.
My kitchen can get quite hot, so if i left it in thermos, without chilling the thermos first, would that be okay? I used to make kefir, and it turned really quick in my kitchen, i ended up with a lot of kefir cheese. lol. Tried fermenting kefir in the fridge but took forever.
