Juice is better off not fridged. If the temperature where you are isn't too hot it would be worth leaving the juice to sit in room temperature and drink it through the day. It is more beneficial for the juice to be warm because the enzymes are active already and if left to sit your beverage becomes even more nutritious as the day progresses. If it's too warm though of course it will start to ferment which is no good at all.
Some people I know who juice fast don't actually drink the juice either, they will sip it from a small spoon drinking only one glass over an hour or two.
