I agree with you Golthing. I used to take it for adrenals, and my blood pressure was a bit on the low side. I also used to get terrible cramps, especially at night, and my feet felt cold to the touch. I've had cold feet for as long as i remember. A sign of bad circulation maybe.

A week on Seasalt , regulated my blood pressure to normal, got rid of my cramps, and my feet actually felt warm to the touch. I get annoyed when doctors tell people no salt, it should be have the right type of salt.

It helps regulate the heart beat, extracts excess acid from cells, helps reduce blood sugar, to name just a few benefits of Sea Salt .
