I'm doing weekly 1 day fasts. when it is convenient want to try doing a longer one again. Longest is only 3 days.
I've thinking of doing the juicing, to get prepared and make the transition easier into a waterfast.
I have a juicefast book, but it is so much bother, i have to either clean juicer umpteen times a day, or bottle it and keep in fridge, will last if cold enough apparently. I don't mind juicing once a day, but more than that is just a chore. How do you go about it. Any tips to make it easier. It is not just laziness, i have back pain, and standing washing a juicer is no fun for me.
Perhaps i'll just carry on eating as much raw as i can until i'm ready to go for it again.
