Recover 3 weeks for 3 weeks fasting, then you will have restocked enough to keep going on from there if you still need to. First week at least fruit I think. Then keep eating the fruit as your first meal for the day, adding raw salads and some days raw nuts. By the third week I would start adding a single cooked/processed food to the salads if I desired it. I don't include broth at any point but week two would probably be okay to add it in if you wish. I just prefer to stick as close to 100% raw as possible.
I don't particularly try to balance my protein or any other nutrients. I eat a full range of raw foods and expect that what I need is in them. Nature provides for us no matter what the processed food junkie scientists say. :)
