as an afterthought to my original reply.
The major concern these days with a protracted fast, concerns electrolyte deficiencies.
To allay this concern I would suggest the following...........
Electrolyte deficiencies (mineral salts) can be minimized by the minimum amount of physical activity throughout the length of your fast; electrolytes are easily lost thru sweat and perspiration, and in any physical activity which uses and expends calories. This can be kept to a minimum by bed rest, for much of, although not ALL of the time.
