Hemmygurl, lol, i can tell you are a nervous, anxious person, because you sound like me, frightened of passing out in a public place etc.

I'm also hoping it helps my anxiety. I've been reading positive things, such as the more you fast, the less anxiety and fear you feel, and you become more serene etc.

Just 3 days can lift the black cloud from your brain apparently, and you start to think clearer.

The toxins are irritating our nervous system. The brain can't work efficiently because of toxins. Fasting balances brain chemistry.

I'm doing a series of weekly fasts-36hrs, for now. Starting one after dinner this evening. I haven't got past day 3 either. Maybe that is the way to go for you, and then the cleaner you get inside, the easier it will be to progress to the longer fast. Just make sure eat healthily in between. Break 24-36hrs fast on grated cabbage,carrot,beetroot, with orange or lemon juice over, and can then have stewed non salted tomatoes if still hungry. Leave heavier food such as potato etc until second or third meal.
