What I mean by cycles is to not try the soak for extended time frames of 30 minutes, but do it on shorter time frames of maybe only 5 minutes at a time in Hot water then a cold shower , then hot water soak for another 5 minutes and again a cold shower!
This way you pull the Acids out from your body and then help neutralize them by the Cold water and then repeat it again!
You may do shorter cycles at one time or shorter cycles over several days, depending on how Bad of shape you may be in!
If you are really Hot before you take the Cold shower, then the cold shower may feel refreshing, but if you are not Hot enough, then a Cold shower may not feel good!
Another way to help your self if you may be having lots of problems with this, may be to just start with soaking your feet for several days to pull some of the Acids out thru your feet first!
This way your whole body may be able to stand it better, until you have removed enough of your excess Acids thru your feet!
