I'm going to be doing 24-36hr short fasts every week, hopefully one will continue on to a longer fast. You lose the most muscle at the start of a fast, so does that mean i will lose muscle every week. Bragg does this, or did, is he still alive? plus 4 10day fasts a year. Although he lifted weights etc and that might make a difference. My muscle is already lower than it should be, so are these short weeekly fast a good idea or not?
