Yes, i know you are right Chris, and lots of people seem to cheat on that from what posts i've read, and it ends up a restricted diet, probably because they are not in proper ketosis.
i'm now thinking of doing a 36 hr fast once a week until i feel more ready for much longer one. I think when the weather is warmer it will seem easier. It is like giving up smoking, which i did 24 years ago, started early, it took lots of tries but i got there in the end.
