Re: Bad fasting experience

Good luck miso! It sounds like your body is responding with great speed to your need to detox. If you can stick to the fast it will be of great benefit to you. You didn't fail, you learned a bit about how our minds work and can go to great and ridiculous lengths to convince us to break our fasting and return to the 'habit' of eating. If you can get past that emotional pain and physical discomfort- and the mental challenges!- things should get much easier afterwards. In the meantime eat as much raw and healthy food as you can, and if you have to break your fast again sooner than you mean to make sure you use raw foods and that will help you continue to clean out and prepare for your next attempt. Eating raw foods, and even cooked veggies well combined (as per natural hygiene principles) will do a similar cleaning job as fasting does, just a LOT slower. Combining eating raw foods and fasting gives you the greatest chance of success.

Good luck,

Andrew.
