There are no guarentees in fasting. It depends mostly on what toxins your body needs to remove and how much effort is going to require. If you are relatively healthy and toxin free to begin with you may well be able to continue your running as normal. Just be prepared either way, if you have the energy go for you run, and maybe choose a route that you can shorten if neeeded or be prepared to slow to a walk if you tire sooner than expected.
