Re: food sensitivities: the pulse test

Great! Thanks.

I did a food intolerance test a couple of years ago at my local Healthfood store. He had all these different bottles containing, wheat etc, and some sort of device they wired me up to, as far as i can remember.

I was also told, apart from wheat, corn and dairy, tomato, brussel sprouts, sardine, chocolate, pineapple.

I don't get diarroah when eating those things, or stomach cramps, i do get bloated after meals though.

It could be a load of **** as i don't know how reliable it was. Athough, I suspect dairy anyway, due to constant, sinus and cattarh problems.

To get a proper test done through a lab, my supplement place does it, cost lots of money. So at least that test you've told me about would be an indication. Although the best way, is to do much longer fast, and slowly re-introduce foods. If i knew definately a certain food was causing my problem, it would give me more incentive to try harder to avoid that particular food.
Although the fast might enable me to eat that food again anyway. I read about someone sensitive to bananas, and after fast could eat them again. I suppose it is because the blood gets cleansed, and repairs may get done to any leaky gut syndrome.
He is a test for you. If you suspect weak adrenals. Get a flashlight, and shine it sideways on to your pupils, your pupils should dilate, and stay dilated, if they grow larger or fluctuate, your adrenals need some assistance.
