Is there an unsafe number of lemonades per day??
I've always had a fast metabolism-- why it's so hard to gain weight. But,
I'm wondering if it's a bad thing to have more than the 12 lemonades specified
as the upper limit for daily consumption. I'll frequently have 2 or even 3
in a row, and have sometimes had 15 or more glasses in a day! Even so I still
feel kind of tired or sluggish at times, and have trouble going on bike rides
without a reduced feeling of energy earlier than I normally would. I'm not doing anything major, either-- just my usual exercise route.
I don't think it's harmful to have more lemonades, but wondered if someone with
more experience than I has another perspective. On the plus side, I'm still at it after my 12th day of my first MC, and am hoping to go to 15 and perhaps more!
Thanks!
