My first day wasn't so bad, no real cravings. It's after 'lunchtime' day 2 now and I've got my teenage daughters tonight and my other two as well tomorrow so I'll be kept busy for the next two days hopefully that will help me through any initial urges to eat instead of making me want to. I am still aiming for a complete fast, but will take whatever I can get as usual. My determination to keep going remains unwavering. I'm already in ketosis, continuing on from previous fasts and hastened by the karate workouts, and it's good having that quick changeover. Luckily I don't have too many people around me to pressure me to eat.
