Good luck wectmall. The way I overcame the intial hunger/cravings was to plan ahead to the end of the fast and how I would break it. I made sure that no matter how long or short my fast was that I always broke it properly with raw foods. And especially at the beginning I would try to make at least my final meal before fasting a fruit meal. This seemed to satisfy my body a lot more than cooked food for the next day and hunger has rarely been a problem since. So don't focus on the fast itself so much but on how you will break it, and then if you have to break it before you planned, just make sure you break it properly then stay on raw food as long as you can and get back to fasting better prepared.
