Fonty, in Furhmans book, he says that fasting only works on benign tumours, not cancerous tumours. Apparently they behave in a different way. What do you think about that statement? He says fasting will result in a quicker more comfortable death, for those with terminal cancer, if that is what they want. Chris will probably have something to say about that.
My Father-in-law, has just been diagnosed with prostate cancer, but he is in his eighties. He doesn't seem that bothered about it, maybe he thinks, something was bound to get you in the end. I think most people believe they will die of some disease or another, not just old age. I believe there is a good prognosis for this sort of cancer, but at his age, i'm not sure if that is the case. He is on medication, not sure what.
