have i infected my family and boyfriend with parasites?

ive just been reading about how parasites spread...does this mean that i've infected my family and boyfriend?? :( should they also do a cleanse and could they reinfect me??

also if they are on meats fish and veg how do you kill them before eating? someone suggested grapeseed extract oil to wash veg...will this work? or will just cooking alone kill them??
