That is really interesting. The programme i was talking about, i didn't actually see myself, my hubby told me about it.
He also said, this woman was going around the supermarket, bypassing superfoods, as in her opinion, they are no better than say the humble blackberry, which i tend to be in agreement with, i wouldn't hunt out a particular fruit or veg,as being superior, as i think it is the variety of different fruit and veg that keeps us healthy.
I would love to grow my own oganic veg. My garden is to small, but hope to move in a year or two, and a large garden, large enough for vegetable plot, green house etc is on my agenda. I have grown herbs and tomatoes and strawberries though. This year runner beans, as doesn't require that much room.
