How much mag would you suggest for daily consumption? I was trying to approximate moreless's "pinch with each meal."

I'm still looking for the pickling lime. I have calcium citrate powder, would that work as a substitute till I find some? About how much would be good?

I was using a half teaspoon of mag citrate powder and the same of cal citrate powder but I think it was too much because I was getting charley horses.

What I just don't understand is that my diet is really good now. Lots of greens. Hardly any meat or grains. But I'm still having a hard time getting my ph up.
