Re: ive read that there is a natural treatment for gallstones that doesnt involve the liver flushing method. does anyone know about this?
Certainly I can vouch for lecithin being
effective in preventing the formation of
stones. I took it for years and only when
I stopped did I have problems with my
gallbladder.
I would say if you find one of the many
many ways people help their gallbladder
that work, try it out for yourself and
see how you like it. I know the one
night I had such a severe gallbladder
attack that I contemplated going to the
emergency room (actually I asked others
to be prepared to drive me), I was sure
glad to have and use the option of liver
flushing the next day. I successfully
avoided any hospital visit and subsequent
recommendation of cutting out the offending
organ.
I have tried a few other liver treatments
and now use the lime and egg one along
with the
Hulda Clark . What works for you
is the more important thing rather than
focusing on which is better than another.
For example, I would never do the coke
flush while others love it.
I have also included good plant-based oils
into my diet now which has greatly improved
my liver/gallbladder function, and also
supplement with lecithin again.
Best wishes with your way~!
blessings,
Zoe
