I have to disagree. Fasting is the best way to allow your body to heal itself, there is no need to add anything to the body to assist this process- we just have to get out of our own way and let it do it's job. Natural therapies is a very widely used term and some are fantastic I'll admit, but none compare to Fasting which allows the body to naturally and easily access it's inherant maintenance and healing functions. I think you should research Fasting a bit better before coming to a Fasting forum suggesting other ways are better.
Yoga is great I'm sure, I prefer martial arts myself, each to their own.
