This sounds like a use case for the neti pot. I use mine daily to flush my nasal passages with salt water, and this alone is enough to clear most infection from the upper respiratory tract. If I can get up my courage, I'll try flushing with a weak solution of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to see what happens. Not that I have the flu or anything right now, but best to try these things out before you're sick. Tweet
