Re: Did fasting damage your organs?
I am so pleased to come across individuals such as yourself who have a clean succinct way of putting these things. So much better than the way i waffle on as you can see from my posts.
I again, agree like a nodding dog and have to add; self discipline is a most difficult thing to implement when it comes to our health. I'm not just speaking for myself but for others close to me who struggle with the more commercial, self indulgent sides of our everyday lifestyles which we are constantly bombarded with by way of advertising and the accepted norm.
I no longer carry the respect I once did for the so called doctors that everyone seems to as you say pay homage to.
Conversely - I have found a holistic dentist who has started the removal of my
Amalgam fillings which now total 10 as 3 were just removed on monday (2 were replaced several years ago with crowns) and I feel significantly better for it. It has only been 3 days and so I hope improvement will continue.
As you know I have been helped by fasting previously and have so far put off fasting again until most of the
Amalgam fillings have been removed.
I would like to ask your advice regarding chelation.
Currently, I take vit C and D approx 1000mg each per day
1 multivitamin
1 kelp tablet
charcoal tablets x2
I tried waiora zeolite in January 2008 which did make me fell better and normalised my sleep pattern to a certain extent. (expensive though)
I understand that clinoptilite zeolite powder has been used successfully in chenobyl for heavy metal treatment along with algins.
Other than
Water Fasting which I know works - is there anything else that would also help this process.
It is unclear to me whether chlorella or oral dmsa are effective.
I have ruled out dmps and edta as being harmful and too aggressive.
Thanks
