Lugols in the water bottle?

I was hoping that I could just put my Lugols in a water bottle, fill it with distilled water and drink it during my breaks at work. It would be alot easier than dropping the Lugols into a cup then mixing it with water and whatnot.

I was just wondering if doing this will wreck the lugols...
