Maya, sorry if I am a bit slow on this, but you say:

Does it mean then that you can store minerals only if you're clean, otherwise they are used immediately by the body to release acids? this would be very logic in fact. Then there is no point in wanting to alkalize intensely before a cleanse, as no reserves can actually be built up. You can only add minerals *during* the cleanse, if you want them still to be there. Right or wrong?
