Thank you for the link for B12. I just gave in when I had stressful situation at work and then heard from a few people that I need to give up this diet I am on. I just ate a very small soup. It was black bean soup in vegetable broth, but I really do not know other details even though the owner is a friend of mine. She always says that if he can't eat it she will not give it to me.
Anyway, now I am back to normal. I have new wheat sprouts growing right now. My moong sprouts were awesome and tasted very good. I eat moong once a day.
I am wondering since my last project of sprout bread did not go well, is there any other thing I can make with wheat sprouts?
