The heavy meat diet is the diet of evil, from the very Nature of killing a creature that its life comes via Blood is a perverted act against Nature to begin with. With the Amish and many humans, each meal, 3X daily the main course is meat.

Distorted ungly people are suggested to be ugly as a result of what is stuck in their body. Many medical books years ago compared humans to pigs and cows, showing how the face of the human takes on the looks of the animals they eat.

In the same, those returning to fruit, loose the accumulations and return back towards Nature.

With the Amish, you have 2 evils, RELIGION and MEAT and any amish person preaching against meat, is asking to be expelled from the church.

We have heard story after story about how AMISH MEN treat their wives like breeding stock and when Ma is poorly, Dad wants her dead, so the church will give him a new one. Their church is the major evil, the meat drives the sex drive which fuels the fire. I was notng that the amish and their similar religiosn are all pure German. They make sure you are GERMAN or you don't get in their inner circles.

Many of the women are great, but I can't say I have ever met many good men. Even the Amish healer will stand up and state that the woman must stay bred, it is her duty! But he knows better, but he is a member of his church and the church syays she will have the sex, regardless or she is considered unfaithful and subject to strict disciplines.

Many Amish girls run away from the Amish church today, you don't find the boys doing so, they have their inherieted unglyness and need to stay with the church if they want sex.
