The best ionic mineral supplement I have seen or uedis "Ionic Trace Minerals" made by "Trace Minerals Research". The liquid may be added, a few drops at a time, to water consumed throughout the day. They also make travel sizes. It is the only commercial mineral supplement ever endorsed by Dr. Alexander Schauss--arguably THE world's foremost expert on minerals/trace minerals and human health. He enthusiastically recommends this stuff (and was never paid to do so).
