Thank you for the information. I liked the site very much. I do not know what to do with foods that are not on the website list, such as figs, dates, cashews etc. I also eat some foods that are not normally found in supermarkets like dried mangoes, dried amla and goji berries.
My foods also do not have vitamin B-12. Do you take supplements? I read some where that vegetarians who do not drink their body makes B-12, is it true?
