Hi! One site I have used to roughly monitor my calories, fats, vit.s, and minerals is fitday.com. It provides a free way to monitor everything about a diet. I use it for checking what I may miss from the raw food/ vegan diet. Overall, I don't have a problem and the minerals/vitamins in the daily amounts on this diet are 300-400% of the RDA. I sometimes lack B-12 but that happened with Vege. diet anyway. Try blue-green algae for that.
