All refeeding plans should be equal the amount of fasting day. I was on water for ten days so whether I want or not I need to do that for 9-10 days.
FIRST day - u need to drink half of a cup of juice every hour (no need to dilute it), the SECOND day - a cup of fresh juice every 2 hours (juices can be: orange, melon, grape, tomato). During my first day I strain all juices. Tomorrow not going to. Also when you drink ur juices with pulp (actually not just during ur refeeding period but in general too) make sure u chew or masticate the juice thoroughly with saliva by swishing around ur mouth. Digestion starts in a mouth. THIRD day - fruit day (small amounts). On FORTH day - fruits plus very small portion of a salad.. The rest of days I am planning to increase gradually the amount of salads and fruits. On day 6- I am planning to add a bit of oil to my salads. 7 - avocado, and yogurt in the evening (of course I eat salads on a daily basis). 8 - should be nuts (30g) and a small piece of fish, 9 - nuts (50-60g) and fish again (I just love it!). Day 10 - normal amounts of food but without overeating.
And now it is time for me to have my tiny portion of juice!:))
