Thank for your reply. Im a gym lover! I go maybe 4-5 days a week, 3 on a slow week.
I dont expect to never feel sad, or to feel good all the time. I just want my emotions to be productive emotions, natural ones that have a purpose (to teach me something, to deal with something, to heal).
The feelings I have (intense anxiety, constant stress, worry and sometimes panic attacks, self disgust and horrible insecurity due to my skin condition, suicidal feelings, more worry, fears of committment and being close to people, etc etc I could go on and on) are NOT productive. Many of them are very counter productive to creating a beautiful life for myself, and to me living as a being of love.
This is where Im hoping EFT will help. Its helping so far.
