Itchy eyes, any suggestions??!!?

my left eye has been itchy latley. The last time i went to the eye doctor to get my eyes checked for my glasses they said i had dry eyes, so they gave me eye drops called Refresh Tears. When i used them it seemed like it didn't do anything because i don't remember me having itchy eyes then. But, now, i have REALLY ITCHY EYES. i use Visine A.C eyedrops and they don't do anything for me ...i don't think.
