Cranial myotherapy is supposed to effect what changes are need by tiny manipulations rather than large ones. It is also wholistic in that it treats the whole body and is concerned more with our wellness than with our individual illnesses. And they encourage fasting!

I've not been to one myself, I've taken my children to a chiropractor who uses a little hand device to effect changes though. They just feel what is out and one little click usually and it's back in place. My son had one leg longer than the other last time he went and there that was changed very quickly and gently.
