What a ludicrous statement, the toxins clearly enter the blood system, and are pumped through the body by the heart. They cannot trace where those substances go without injecting more toxic substances, and scanning the body continuously. Which I doubt has been done on an extensive basis.

They(CDC) say there are still trace amounts in vaccines.

This is questionable I've read reports that there was some decrease, but that's beside the point. Mercury is a known neuro-toxin that exists in reality. It does cause brain damage, just ask your local mad-hatter. Infants don't have a fully developed blood brain barrier so they are more susceptible.
