Yes i'm on a break waiting to see a chiropodist/Podiatrist, as chiro thinks i have a discrepancy in leg length, even after adjustments have been made, and she thinks that is why when she make adjustments on pelvis it is not staying put.
It has been just over a week since i've seen her, and i'm still suffering, have really bad low back pain today, which i'm wondering, if it could be adrenals. I did have adrenal problem with my hypo, but cured it myself with cortef, cortisol. Now i need to check this is still okay, as could compromise any fast i go on.
Yes, they are pretty aggressive, but i've been to osteopaths, and not got it sorted, so maybe it does need an aggressive appoach. It is so frustrating as i can't exercise until i get it sorted, apart from walking, any sort of exercise just makes me bad.
I am getting a bit disillushioned(sp) with her at the moment. I've spent so much money and feel worse than when i first went.
Cranial osteopathy won't be able to correct a twisted pelvis though???
Yesterday, i was sort of half thinking whether to forget about fasting. Although today, i'm still planning a one day fast next week, hopefully will continue it, and would eventually like to reach 5 days. After realizing how hard it is, i'm taking it more slowly. I do need to make sure my adrenals are okay, because that could be why i felt so crap yesterday morning. They need to be strong to cope with the detoxing. My skin seems quite good today, can a few days do that?
I'm going to library Saturday, to find raw food books, and fasting ones if they have them.
I was reading
Shelton yesterday, and i read that he thought the necessity for doing
colonics and enemas were a fallacy, which i was pleased about, as he said, animals fast and don't do that. So i'm learning all the time.
Anyway, i'm sure i'll do this for a healing length of time at some stage.
Today, i feel like i'm determined to crack this. I have hypothyrodism, vitiligo, lipomas, sinus, aches and pains, stiffness, coated tongue most of the time, so i know i need to do this.
I want to feel fit and active for my holiday in 4 months time, so i have an incentive anyway.
