AHHH! You are awesome, because I totally feel you. I posted my new topic before I saw this one, but you are describing my problem. Thats why I asked about eft in my post. Because when one is stuck in a negative downward spiral, I find its very, very difficult to just "be happiness" and "think about what you do want" and even have any positive thoughts at all. My only positive thought is the hope that things can get better. That hope drives me, and it led me to try eft.
Have you tried it at all? I find it VERY interesting and I think it could be very helpful in this realigning you speak of. I feel like I need something like that. A specific, step by step therapy to help me break free from these negative ruts.
