Yes, i know i shouldn't have solids, but i didn't feel any better on juice, and the toast actually made me feel better. And as i hadn't been on fast long, i didn't think it mattered that much.

The one or two day fasts, would be a good idea, as i could fit these in around committments. If i prepare better, it will be like an experiment to see if doing something like juice the day before makes it easier. I'm trying to improve my diet all the time as well. Gone off making bread, not that i've made it for awhile, but found weavils in my cupboard earlier where i keep flour, i'm still itching, yuk.

My son was saying to me earlier, they were talking in assembly last week about a girl that died on a fast, as they were discussing anorexia and bulimia.(sp)

I said to him, that he doesn't know the circumstances, as this girl may have had a history of anorexia, and took it to the extreme. I think it worries him abit, me fasting. Although husband said yesterday, perhaps we can fast together sometime. Although he drives long distances everyday to work and works long hours, so i'm not sure if he should.

One day fasts, i doubt if anyone need know. I did do a one day fast once before, but from dinner one day to dinner next day, and that was quite easy, as didn't go a complete day without food.

I think i might do one day a week.
