Has anyone taken coconut oil to cure a parasite infection? If so, did it work for you?

I just started taking 3 tablespoons of coconut oil each day. I'm on day two. My symptoms are constant abdominal distention, abdominal pain, loose stools. Has coconut oil cured anyone of this?
