Hi InCharge,

Thanks for the suggestions. I have read what is on soilandearth website, and now have one of Shelton's books. And read various stuff on 'Fasting Connections'

I broke my fast today, on day 3. I have back and neck problems, and when i woke up i felt awful today. My legs felt like jelly, and it was difficult even to shower. I wasn't sure if it was the fast or my neck making me feel like that. So i had some organic vegetable cocktail in the fridge, waiting in case i had to break fast, and decided to have a glass of that to see if i felt better. I still felt bad, so decided to have a slice of wholemeal toast with coconut oil and gradually i started to feel a bit better, although the toast hurt my throat.
I also had terrible acidiness, that was very uncomfortable.

Do you go into ketosis on juice fast, do you know? If i could just get to that stage, i think i would be okay. I think next time, several days of fruit and veg and then veg'fruit juice before water fast. Will this help me feel more comfortable and reach the ketosis stage quicker?

I have hypothyroidism, so maybe that was why i felt so ill. Although others have done it with hypo.

I have learnt i need to be better prepared. And i did do 2 days.

I was hoping to do fast now, because of commitment in few weeks time. As i'm not prepared to go to chiro appointments, Dental appointments and lessons etc with foul breath.

Anyway i will do the self hypnosis, i need all the help i can get. When i feel ready for another attempt and when i am able to do it, is not yet known.

Is breath as foul on juice fast?
